African Roots Collective (ARC) CIC is a UK-based not-for-profit cultural organisation dedicated to preserving African languages, empowering young people, and building a thriving ecosystem of African innovators.
We fund, train and connect African innovators developing digital tools that preserve and teach African languages. From apps and games to storytelling platforms and creative tech solutions, we support creators building the future of African language learning.
Our youth programmes help young people explore their heritage, strengthen their identity and develop leadership skills. Through workshops, mentorship and cultural education, we equip the next generation to walk confidently in their purpose and cultural pride.
We serve as a cultural and creative hub, hosting exhibitions, performances and workshops that celebrate African heritage. By connecting artists, educators and families, we build a vibrant community rooted in creativity, cultural knowledge and collective growth.
